In 2022, we ran a 3-day personal/leadership development course named System Work in a few companies in Indonesia. It was part of our formal attempt to bring this type of work to Indonesia.
We’re glad the feedback has been very positive. The employees of those companies reported that the course benefits them greatly in both their personal and professional lives. (Find out what they said on this page.)
Several participants requested we should also run the same course for the public. They wished their spouses, close friends, and colleagues in other companies to learn what they had experienced.
